Breast enhancement without any incisons on the chest or breast 🙌🫶. This young lady wanted a little fuller look which would go with her body type. Together we decided on a 325 cc Full profile Silicone implant placed under the muscle. Since she didn't want an incision on her breast or chest, I made the incision in her axillary and got under the pectoralis muscle to create the pocket. I would say "mission accomplished ". Her bikini top is now filled out without being over the top 😁 #
