In 2022, I got my Essure Reversal.

I gave up after a while of trying.

Then, at work a patient incident led me to need an appointment.
I made a appointment and WOW, found out I was pregnant!

I was shocked 😲.

We recently had a patient who came for her tubal reversal, and alas her tubes could not be repaired.

This rarely happens, but there is that possibility. This highlights one of the benefits for choosing the screening laparoscopy, as this helps to identify someone who either has too much tube removed so as to not be reparable, or someone who has too much scar tissue so as to not be able to safely reach the tubes to repair.

In this particular case, she had indeed had this "insurance policy" by having the laparoscopy, and was refunded her surgical fee.

Although she would have preferred her tubes to be reversed, this may have helped ease the burden of returning home without a tubal reversal procedure completed.

Pennsylvania Patience Pays Off💕

Persistence After Tubal Reversal

This was our 4th pregnancy after my tubal reversal but our first live birth…

Our first pregnancy ended at 6 weeks, our second pregnancy ended at 17 weeks, our third pregnancy ended at 10 weeks, but our fourth pregnancy ended with this sweet baby boy!👼
