Today, we pause and reflect on the meaning of Good Friday — a day of sacrifice, love, and grace.

At Mississippi Care Center of Raleigh, we are reminded of the importance of compassion, kindness, and caring for one another each and every day. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our residents and their families with hearts full of purpose.

Today we recognize World Autism Awareness Day and celebrate the strength, love, and dedication of families touched by autism 💙

We are especially proud of these incredible women—a grandmother and two mothers right here in our facility—who not only care for our residents but also care for their own amazing children with autism every single day. Their compassion, patience, and resilience inspire us all.

Let’s continue to promote understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals with autism and their families. 💙

We are so proud to celebrate two very special athletes from our Mississippi Care Center family! 💙🏅

Jason Jernigan, son of our wonderful CNA Memory Wilkerson Jernigan, and Grayson Sherman, son of our amazing RN Shaina Sherman, both recently participated in the Special Olympics!

This incredible organization brings together athletes from all walks of life, giving them the opportunity to show their strength, courage, and determination through sports while promoting inclusion and joy.

Jason and Grayson, you both represented your families and our facility so well—we couldn’t be more proud of you! Your hard work, spirit, and smiles say it all. 💪✨
