Prior, to TheraPay Billing, I would say maintaining billing for a private practice is one of the hardest parts regarding a private practice.

TheraPay Billing was created for exactly that reason. My husband saw how I struggled and listened to the struggle of all my TheraFriends. He researched, participated in continuing education classes, and attended webinars focused on private practice billing.

TheraPay Billing started with my group practice billing and then expanded to assist other practices in North and South Carolina.

OUR MISSION is to streamline your billing services leaving you to focus on what you're passionate about.

We also aim to support providers with resources that aid in the removal of barriers clients may face when seeking treatment.

I had no clue what and HSA/HRA/FSA was prior to becoming a private practice owner. While I worked for agencies that provided these options as part of a benefit package, I never used it personally due to lack of knowledge.

This is my story and it is common amongst many of my clients. TheraPay created this visual to aid in communicating that message. Therapy shouldn't be inaccessible, and we hope this is step towards removing a potential obstacle.
