We had a blast meeting and connecting with so many of you at NCDHHS North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign during the Charity Fair!

This event brought together some of the leading nonprofit organizations across Wake County - like Pretty In Pink Foundation whose mission supports uninsured and under-insured breast cancer patients across North Carolina.

Loving our Neighbors through Healthcare

The founding board of NeighborHealth was formed to address the growing number of people in Wake County without access to healthcare. The board assessed existing healthcare resources and identified gaps; met with residents, healthcare providers, community and government organizations; and connected with successful faith-based health centers throughout the country.

After years of planning and building community partnerships, NeighborHealth opened a new faith-based practice in an area of high need where no safety-net clinic currently exists. We are striving to meet the overwhelming need for quality healthcare to our most vulnerable neighbors.
