We have kids, dogs, run & own 2 businesses and love living life to the fullest. We wanted to share our deep passion of meditation and spirituality we have discovered and used in our own lives that lead to self-love, self-peace, and a profound awakening. We also love and believe in sharing this as a couple; we believe true love between two people needs to be shared and united as one in LOVE. As I move through my training, I wanted to share this class as one of my early teaching attempts. Like any learning process, it may feel simple and imperfect—but every class is part of growing as a teacher and finding my voice. I’m grateful to be putting myself out there and continuing to learn.
