🚨ATTENTION🚨
Looking for anyone interested in a free outdoor workout this Sunday, June 19th at 9am.
Along with fellow trainer Ben Bryant we will be leading a small group session. The hot weather is supposed to break by the week d and Sunday morning should be rather pleasant.
The location will be Wooten Meadow park where Leesville and Millbrook intersect.

Hello and Seasons Greetings. I hope the holiday season finds you well.
I just wanted to touch base with you that I am in a new training studio, WITH some old friends. I’m back at Functional Fitness in their new location.
The new year is right around the corner and I’m sure many of you are making those New Years Resolutions to get into better shape.
With what we’ve had to deal with in the last two years, it should be apparent how important your physical health is to you.
So if you’re ready to take that step back into a fitness routine, come see me. I think you’ll really like the new place.

Today marks the close of one chapter for BCCFIT and the opening of another exciting chapter.
BCCFIT is moving to a new location starting Monday August 9, 2021
Training will be done out of Independent Training Studios next to Pro Source Fitness Equipment.
I get to work alongside 2 of my friends that I worked with a while ago, Julian Burke & Davis Simms.
And new group training sessions will be offered in the near future, so please be on the lookout for those updates!

After a, let’s just say, difficult year, we embark on a new one. With all the challenges of last year how did your fitness training hold up?

I started my fitness journey like many - a gym rat and an athlete. In 1998, I was fortunate to combine my two passions as an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at NC State. Working with some of the top college athletes taught me that honing a person’s mental game is just as critical as physical fitness when determining their ability to perform.
In 2001, I expanded from training athletes to applying my philosophy and expertise to personal training as trainer and fitness director at O2 Fitness, Pulse Athletic Club and Gold’s Gym. After spending more than 10 years affiliated with fitness clubs, I decided it was time to take a different path and started BCC Fit, LLC in Raleigh, NC, where I am Building Complete Champions.
