UNC Fertility provides care for the evaluation and treatment of disorders relating to fertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, menopause, and reproductive endocrine abnormalities such as androgen excess and hormone deficiency syndromes. Services include the spectrum of fertility treatments (ultrasounds, inseminations, in vitro fertilization), reconstructive microsurgery (tubal reversals), laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, s***m and oocyte donation.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Dr. Kendall Bielak, REI Fellow, on her acceptance into the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Center for Policy and Leadership’s prestigious PRIMED Scholars Program.

This national program prepares emerging leaders in reproductive medicine to become powerful advocates through comprehensive training in health policy, communications, and legislative processes. As part of the cohort, Dr. Bielak will gain hands‑on experience engaging with policymakers and developing skills to advance reproductive health for patients across the country — including those here in North Carolina!

Dr. Bielak shared that she is “excited to learn from inspiring mentors and peers and to use this experience to advocate for reproductive health and patient-centered care in North Carolina.”
