Why?

Because your mindset is running the show.

If you:
• quit when it gets uncomfortable
• look for quick fixes
• start over every Monday
• tell yourself “this isn’t working” too soon

You’ll stay stuck. No matter what plan you follow.

Mindset is what keeps you going when motivation fades away. When results are slow and when life gets messy.

It’s deciding:
“I follow through… even when I don’t feel like it.”

Not because you’re lazy, but because you’re not ready to prioritize it.

There’s a difference.

When something really matters, you stop negotiating with yourself.

• You figure it out when you’re tired.
• You make time when your schedule is full.
• You follow through when it’s inconvenient.

Excuses sound like:
• I don’t have time.
• I’ll start Monday.
• I just need to get through this week.

What those statements really mean:
“It’s not important enough yet.”

It’s ok, just be honest about it, because once it is important enough…
….you won’t need motivation. You’ll do whatever it takes.

Cravings are like a side effect. Something is going on in your body.

Common Causes:
• poor sleep - your hunger hormones get thrown off (more ghrelin, less leptin equals more “I need food now”)
• blood sugar swings - quick highs and crashes equals chasing energy
• stress - your body looks for fast fuel and comfort

It’s about regulation.

When you steady your sleep, eat in a way that keeps blood sugar stable (whole, nutrient dense unprocessed foods, low carb), and bring stress down…cravings stop running the show.

Next time a craving hits, don’t fight it.
Ask: what’s driving this? Learn to read your own body’s signals.

I want to take a moment to introduce you to something that’s been missing in the transportation and agriculture industries for a long time—Farm to Freight.

Farm to Freight is a nationwide, trucker-first, route-aware platform designed to connect long-haul truck drivers directly with local farms, ranches, and food producers offering clean, nutrient-dense food. At its core, it’s best described as “Google Maps meets Yelp—built specifically for truck drivers who want to eat better on the road.”



What Farm to Freight Is

Farm to Freight is a mobile-first interactive map that allows truck drivers to locate real food—directly from farms—along their routes, not miles off course or buried in generic search results.

At the same time, it gives farmers and ranchers something they’ve never truly had before:

Direct visibility to millions of passing customers every single week.

We’re bridging the gap between two groups that are constantly moving past each other—but have never been properly connected.



How It Works

For Farms & Ranches:
Producers sign up and create a listing that includes:
• Products offered (beef, eggs, dairy, produce, etc.)
• Farm name and description
• Contact information (phone, social media, website)
• Hours of operation
• Service options (on-site pickup, delivery, truck stop meetups, shipping)
• Truck accessibility (can a semi get in/out easily?)
• Physical address (which generates a pinned map location)

Once listed, your farm becomes visible to drivers actively moving through your region.



For Truck Drivers:
Drivers use the platform to:
• Search for farms along their current or upcoming routes
• Filter by food type (grass-fed beef, raw dairy, pastured eggs, etc.)
• Identify truck-friendly locations
• Contact farms directly or plan stops in advance

This isn’t random browsing—this is route-based discovery, built around the reality that:

Freight isn’t predictable—and neither are the routes drivers run.

Farm to Freight meets drivers wherever they are, wherever they’re going.



What It Offers

For Drivers:
