Join Roxane B for a two-part weekend workshop focused on breathwork, gentle yoga, and building tools for calm, clarity, and inner resilience. You’ll learn simple, science-backed breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and support better sleep and overall well-being.
Each session weaves together education, guided breathing practices, and gentle movement to help you integrate these tools into everyday life. You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and more equipped to meet life’s challenges with ease.
