Where the pain is, it isn’t.

You may feel pain in your low back, elbows, tingling in your fingers, or suffering from frequent headaches.

Most of the time the areas of pain are referred from an area of tension, formed trigger point, injury, sprain, or strain.
Keep this in mind when your therapist is releasing an area to assist in the pain of the initial complaint.


When you’re meeting with your therapist to address your pain area, be sure to give your them as much information about your overall activity and lifestyle as possible so they are able to make an effective treatment plan for your session.
