Most people obsess over timing. But if your body isn’t actually ovulating well, hitting your fertile window perfectly doesn’t mean much.
Strong ovulation isn’t about doing more, it’s about making sure your body has what it needs to prioritize fertility in the first place. That means enough food, movement that supports you (not depletes you), and a nervous system that’s not running on fumes.
When those things are dialed in for your body, ovulation gets stronger, cycles regulate, and conception stops feeling so fragile.

Your doctor said “just keep trying” but your cycles are all over the place, your energy is tanking, and your body doesn’t feel right. So you keep tracking, timing, and adding more supplements, hoping something will click.

Here’s what standard fertility testing misses: ⭐️Whether you’re actually eating enough to support strong ovulation.
⭐️Whether your sleep and energy are stable enough for hormone production.
⭐️How well your body is methylating and clearing estrogen.
⭐️If your body feels safe enough to prioritize getting pregnant in the first place.

You can be ovulating every month and still be missing the foundational support your body needs to conceive and sustain a pregnancy.

This is why “just keep trying” doesn’t work when your body is sending signals that something’s off.

Women who are disciplined, consistent, and genuinely trying, but missing the things that standard testing never catches.

A thyroid that looks “normal” but isn’t optimal for conception.

Progesterone that’s technically in range but slightly below what her body needs to sustain a pregnancy.

Nutrients that are depleted every cycle without anyone connecting that to why conception isn’t happening.

A nervous system so taxed from daily cardio and life stress that her body simply isn’t prioritizing fertility.

None of this shows up on a basic panel. And none of it gets fixed by trying harder.

If you’re doing everything right and still not getting pregnant, the answer isn’t more effort. It’s someone who knows where to look.

She was doing everything right. Protein, strength training, sleep. And STILL gaining weight.
This is one of the most frustrating things we see in perimenopause. Because the advice most women are following was built for a body that no longer exists. In perimenopause, your body shifts how it processes glucose, manages insulin, handles cortisol, stores fat, and signals hunger and cravings. The same routine that worked in your 30s stops working, not because you’re doing it wrong, but because your body needs a different approach.
Here’s what we actually focused on with this client. More walking throughout the day to support insulin sensitivity without spiking cortisol. Stool testing that revealed why her hunger and satiety cues were off and why she couldn’t tolerate the fiber she was eating. Hormone testing that showed us exactly when her cortisol was spiking so we could target those times specifically. Tightening up consistency in her meals and macros so her body wasn’t swinging from one extreme to the other. And key supplements and foods to support her thyroid and metabolism.
None of this is guesswork. It’s what happens when someone looks at the whole picture for your specific body.
