Making dinner can be complicated, but it shouldn't be! The easier we can make our meals easy the more likely we are to repeating them, thus building a sustainable habit. Here are our steps for a fast, family-friendly meal:

Step 1: Pick your protein – Rotisserie chicken, tuna, or chicken sausage work perfectly.
Step 2: Add veggies – Shredded carrots, cabbage, slaw mix, or shredded brussels.
Step 3: Include a fiber boost – Frozen edamame, beans, or chickpeas.
Step 4: Add crunch & healthy fats – Nuts, seeds, or avocado.
Step 5: Dress it up – Store-bought or homemade dressing.
Step 6: Optional grains – Instant or frozen brown rice, tortilla chips, or prepped sweet potato

Example Assembly:

Hand-crushed cashews

Sounds wild, but this is what happens when you stop guessing and start testing.
