Not only has gratitude been linked to longevity, but we all know we feel better when we focus on thankfulness. We're not talking about forcing a sticky sweet attitude, or needing to be constantly happy. Rather, we're talking about something as simple as spending just a few minutes each day practicing gratitude and thinking of things in your life that you are thankful for. Believe it or not, this practice can make a huge difference both on your mood AND on your physical health.

We both try to do two minutes of thankful time at some point in the day, and LOVE how it sets us up for the day. Now to be clear, everything might fall apart within minutes, but we do our best to start on a positive footing.

We are both are truly fueled by helping you find true health and thrive in this world. And, we do not take it lightly that you put your trust in us to help you on this journey.
