I’m part of the problem, so hear me out.
The perimenopause conversation has gotten completely out of hand. Every symptom, every mood shift, every pound you can’t lose, it’s all getting slapped with the same label. And that label is being used to sell you supplements, protocols, and magic bullet solutions that were never going to work in the first place.

Here’s what’s actually true: yes, your hormones matter. Yes, perimenopause is real. But a huge chunk of what you’re experiencing is also just midlife. Aging. Multiple systems shifting at once - hormones, gut health, blood sugar, stress, sleep - all talking to each other at the same time.
Which means there is no one fix. There is no one label. And anyone selling you one is making money off your confusion.

Think of it like reverse puberty. You wouldn’t hand a struggling teenager a supplement and call it done. You’d find them the right specialist who actually gets to know them.

She came to us putting in the work - like years and years of WORK! And in 6 weeks she reported feeling “ABSOLUTELY and NOTABLY better.” Energy up. Pooping daily. Already seeing fat loss.
Here’s what we did that mattered. We used stool testing to identify overgrowth and restore her microbiome, because gut health drives more than most people realize. We built her breakfast around at least 30g of protein so her energy wasn’t crashing before 10am. We added daylight exposure early in the day to start shifting her sleep.
