This time of year can be stressful for parents of newborns. Here are some tips to help minimize the winter crud and keep everyone healthy 💙

✨ Wash your hands! There’s no better way to keep germs at bay. Make sure anyone who holds your baby washes their hands first.

✨ Put firm boundaries in place. It’s okay to ask people to wear a mask when holding your little one, tell anyone with symptoms of illness not to come over, or limit visitors in your home in general. Your baby, your rules.

✨ Limit contact when out in public. Keeping a cover on your stroller or using a baby carrier can help keep strangers away from your baby’s face. Remember your boundaries, and don’t be afraid to say no to anyone who gets too close.
