Thanks to those who joined us last Thursday for our first Strength and Stability class. We had a great session with excellent movement and energy.

If you missed it, join us on Thursday at 5PM for Strength and Stability! This class is designed to help prevent and reduce the effects of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and sarcopenia. After a long day of sitting at the office or at home, it's a great way to get moving and feel stronger.

Rachel recently became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, after passing her certification exam.🎉 She is a graduate from the College of Saint Benedict with her bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Science. 💪Her goal is to help others gain the strength they need to live independently. She is looking forward to working with you and helping you accomplish your own personal goals!
