I'm going to relax, have a date night with my faince, and let all the tension go from the week I had. I know we all have this going on because of life, but we do need this.

To me: I know all of our thoughts need a reboot to feel better and focus on our lives. Why I say that is because I know a lot of us are in school or working, and we dont have time to breathe and focus on our lives. We all need to find time to relax and let all of our thoughts reboot and focus on our life we live. This can be during free time, in the car, reading a book, writing, playing games, listening to music, going on a walk, or talking to someone. I can say I do all of this during my busy work schedule I have. What about you?
