I’ve been a little quiet these past few months—but for a very good reason. I’ve been deep in transformation—not just in my work, but in how I show up in the world. Now, I’m ready to reconnect and share what’s been evolving behind the scenes.
For years, I operated under The IRIS Center for Holistic Wellness, offering transformational healing, coaching, and spiritual guidance. But something wasn’t fully aligned. I had built a brand, a presence, and a business—but it wasn’t me.
I realized that, in some ways, I was using the business as a shield, keeping myself at arm’s length from my own work. If I failed, “the business” failed—not me. After spending 15 years in corporate America watching people blame the system, the company, or the bureaucracy, I had unknowingly carried that mindset into my own sacred work. But transformation requires ownership.
There’s a quote that deeply resonates with me:
“We have not passed that subtle line between childhood and adulthood until we move from the passive voice to the active voice—that is, until we have stopped saying ‘It got lost,’ and say, ‘I lost it.’”

It was time to take ownership—not just of my work, but of the way I show up in the world.
The truth is, when people recommend my work, they don’t say, “You have to check out The IRIS Center.” They say, “You have to go see Jaime.”
So, I’m honoring that truth. I’m evolving from The IRIS Center to Jaime Claire.
This shift allows me to serve in a deeper, more aligned way—offering guidance, transformation, and clarity for:
