During my almost 30 years of practicing, I’ve always encouraged parents to do their research with their newborn and children’s health. I, myself, question everything. At this point continuing to deny the fact that vaccines are NOT safe for all children is just putting your head in the sand. Long term health issues like these listed are extremely difficult to deal with as well as the more severe reactions that can happen. 31 years ago my twins were born, I was young but I did my research and had faith in the ability of the body to heal itself. I was becoming a chiropractor and knew how that would support their health. I encourage everyone, not just my patients to dig a little deeper when you make choices for your health and the health of your children. Big Pharma wants you sick, they make billions off it.

The evidence is stronger than ever that patients seeing a chiropractor as their first contact for care instead of their P*P and having spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) as their initial treatment will result in fewer tests, fewer surgeries, and lower medical costs overall. This study on Medicare claims spanning a four-year period for beneficiaries with new episodes of neck pain showed DRAMATIC benefits in all these areas.

Having initial SMT was associated with a 64% reduction in long-term care escalation (i.e., medical specialist visits, imaging studies, injection procedures, surgeries, hospitalizations and/or ER visits) compared to primary care physicians without analgesics. Conversely, primary care with analgesics was linked to an 8% increase in such encounters.

These results support that chiropractic care for patients with musculoskeletal disorders will save overall costs for Medicare, as well as reducing the risks that come from the use of more invasive medical procedures.
