Sorry I have been out of touch for so long, but I have been kinda busy …
- getting new office space
- exploring
- setting up the new office space
- massaging and body adjusting
- teaching
- resting (on a log in the middle of nowhere)
- leading group events (shout out to )

- wandering
- wondering
- and sometimes (often times, if I’m being truthful), losing my mind by the immensely fast pace of life …

Ehhem years old and my very first baseball game.
It only took over 30 years of marriage to get me there.

I tried to follow the best I could, but it was akin to watching an almost three hour play in another language. Also not fun being the only four (us and the 2 guys behind us) rooting for the losing team. I’m sure there were a few more, but I didn’t see them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That being said, it was a fun night and it’s good to try new things. Hubby found me a vegan concession stand. Yes, it was in the very back corner and had the shortest line, but it was still pretty delicious. 😋

Whether it’s climbing a steep mountain, writing a book (look out for some exciting news from me on my latest project), asking for help, or just getting out of bed and through the day, remind yourself of how powerful you are - even on the days that you don’t feel very strong.

You can continue to live according to distorted, diet culture ideas of health and beauty or you can CHOOSE to examine and untangle all the stories that support a damaged food and body relationship.

As a yoga teacher, and human being walking this world, the balance between effort and ease is a never ending pursuit. When do you push harder? When do you hold back? So when you wake up in the morning, and the back ache that kept you pretty much immobile the night before feels 70% better, do you go on the a hike? Yes. Yes you do.
