The body only digests and absorbs a certain amount of protein every meal. Did you know the recommended intake of protein for women is 46grams a day and 56grams a day for men? Divide that by 3 meals (plus snacks) and that's not a whole lot of protein each time you eat. It's easier to get protein than you may think.
