We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas from our Summerset family to you all. What a fantastic way to celebrate this wonderful holiday with a special luncheon featuring prime rib or glazed ham, paired with mashed potatoes and demi-glazed roasted root vegetables. The celebration continued with family and friends visiting, everyone receiving a gift, and a surprise visit from Santa himself. Merry Christmas Eve from Summerset Senior Living! From a cheerful happy hour with delicious goodies to caroling by the Living Stones Church youth group, our day was full of joy. The group brought special greeting cards and treats to spread holiday cheer, and our residents had a wonderful time, with some even standing up and singing along. Our Jingle and Mingle Christmas party was extra merry with cookie decorating, ornament making, festive crafts, games, karaoke, and delicious food. You can never have enough Christmas carolers during the holiday season. We were so grateful to have the beautiful Girl Scouts join us for a festive holiday performance, singing all of our favorite Christmas songs. They even brought bells to help engage our residents and joined in the sing-along, filling the room with joy and excitement. It is always so special to see the children bring such big smiles to our residents’ faces. 🥰❤️💚🥰❤️💚🎶🎼🎉
