🎃 Halloween Practice & Social Group Fun! 👻

Sharing how we helped our kiddos get ready in a fun, supportive way! 🧡

In our social group, we focused on:
✨ Desensitization for trick-or-treating — practicing walking up to different “houses,” saying trick or treat, and taking candy from buckets.
✨ Learning to accept different treats — practicing flexibility and good sportsmanship when receiving candy that may not be their first choice. 🍬
✨ Costume preparation — trying on or talking about costumes ahead of time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident! 🦸‍♀️🧙‍♂️

We had several trick-or-treat stations set up, so each child can practice these skills in a safe, familiar environment — while still having lots of fun with peers! 🎃💬

These activities help build important social cues, communication, and coping skills — so when Halloween night arrives, our kiddos can enjoy every sweet, spooky moment! 👻💜

We’re sending our best wishes to Sarah and Karina as they begin their maternity leave this September💕 Their hard work, dedication, and positive spirit have made such an impact to our kiddos and our staff. And while we’ll miss them at the office, we’re thrilled for this new chapter in their lives!

Lights, camera, ACTION! 🎬✨

Our iLearn Social Skills crew had an unforgettable adventure at the 4DX movie theater to watch Minecraft! 🎮🍿 We turned this fun outing into a hands-on learning experience— steps to plan an event 📝, make transactions 💳, wait our turn ⏳, and use positive social skills 🤝 in a public setting.

From moving seats to explosive effects 💥🎢, the movie kept us on our toes—and our learners handled it like pros!

Proud of our amazing group for leveling up their independence and confidence! ⭐️
