Compromised immune systems travel through these doors every day and we want to make sure the cold / sickness doesn’t travel from host to host.

Grip Strength is the difference between being able to open the jar and not being able to. Holding your baby with confidence. Changing a tire if you absolutely needed to. So many reasons to have grip strength ladies! Your body as a WHOLE should be worked. Including grip strength.

Weekends are for rest & re-set, not for full throttle; however, we are a society where this is the normal. When I came across and I was drawn into a new community of knowledge in posture through the tongue and teeth.

When Dr. Peterson began bringing her son into me we instantly seen changes but now that he’s been coming monthly, P.A.T. has continued to have a positive impact on his posture.

Things That Changed:
1. No more twisted pelvic
2. No more flared out ribs
3. Spinal column is nicely stacked
4. Head Tilt has had major corrections

When kids begin to feel better, they come ready for their sessions and play zero games. Lol 😂 this little man laid in the head rest and said almost nothing his whole session. He’s almost made changes in his sitting style while playing video games and is working on correcting other daily things such as… doom doom doom HOMEWORK aka looooking down ⤵️, tablets, computers, laptops, phones etc. Not this kid, he’s ahead of the game! No pun intended. Haha
