Woke up this morning with thankfulness on my heart.
I got fired from Arrowhead Credit Union on a Tuesday.
By Friday, I woke up at 8:00am, set myself a table outside in my backyard, brought my laptop out & downloaded Canva to start creating marketing.
My Grandma came outside asked me “you going to go look for a new job?”
I replied, “I am working at a job right now, my new business.” Lol zero clients, no financial income and a faith so big none of that mattered.

Very reluctant to be in agreement, quiet in an attempt to be supportive but unsure how my bills would get paid (including her rent 😂) she said “okaaaay….”

One client, led to 4 and…. Here we are now.

Whoever needs this encouragement - if God brought you to it, He’ll provide.

Anterior Pelvic Tilt vs. Neutral Pelvic Tilt

Your pelvis is the foundation of your posture and movement. When it’s out of alignment, your entire body compensates.

Anterior Pelvic Tilt happens when the front of the pelvis drops forward and the back lifts. This often creates an exaggerated lower back arch, tight hip flexors, weak glutes, and can lead to lower back discomfort, poor posture, and inefficient movement patterns.

Neutral Pelvic Tilt is where the pelvis sits in balanced alignment—allowing the spine to maintain its natural curves. In this position, the core, glutes, and hips can work together properly, supporting better posture, reduced strain, and improved performance.

LOL they were so relaxed by the time they left. Amazed that our skull moves when we breath and amazed how a technique / a way to breath during high stresses levels can help calm them.

New Employee alert 🚨🚨

This is a special lady to my heart & she goes by the name Mom or to you all front desk receptionist. She has a background working with Beaumont probation department and Riverside juvenile hall. Although there won’t be intakes of inmates - you’ll still need to stop by the front desk to check in.

She loves arts and crafts, her grandchildren and all of her girls but as an empty nester she was ready to get back into the work field.

Make sure to greet her with kind words and patience as she gets acclimated to the flow and rhythm.

Performance Alignment Therapy would like to welcome David as a PAT Alignment Specialist, Student. He will journey through the courses from Level I to Level V to then become a PAT Expert. Upon graduating from a student to Expert, this will give him rights to practice under the PAT title which ensures client confidence, safety and proven trust of completion of each level. In additional to completing each level and graduation, it will open up the opportunity & further discussion for him to open his own healing clinic and legally offer the PAT method to the public.

Level I (3 Months):
1. How to properly assess client intake forms to help clients understand what is happening within their bodies.
2. How to take & read posture photos to ensure the correct care plan is implemented for success.
3. Learning to identify movement patterns through touch to confirm that the care plan for each session is headed in the right direction for optimal results.
4. Learning the systems and structures of fascia lines, muscle patterns, compensation patterns, and how to identify pairings for individual treatment plans.
5. Learning how to prepare the body for success within the treatment plan.
