For 13 years, I stood in rooms where my questions about patient care were dismissed, overlooked, or quietly shut down. I knew there was more—more connection, more collaboration, more healing—but the door wasn’t open yet.
That door cracked open three years ago through a provider named Rebecca Meek, and everything changed.
She began referring patients who didn’t need surgery, prescriptions, or intensive intervention to P.A.T. as an alternative. Some patients were hesitant at first, but once outcomes were documented and progress became undeniable, the results spoke for themselves. Many realized they no longer needed unnecessary follow-ups—because their bodies were finally being understood, supported, and educated.
There was a gap in care, and I stepped into it wholeheartedly.
Over the past two years, I’ve made bold, intentional moves—requesting patient records, reviewing imaging, engaging in peer-to-peer conversations with providers, and questioning treatment paths that didn’t serve true healing. Not to challenge authority—but to champion outcomes. And slowly, something incredible happened. 📝
Providers began to welcome P.A.T. Often surprised by the depth of anatomical understanding, yet eager to collaborate in the one place we all align: patient care.
Today, I care for patients—and providers. Doctors who deserve support, partnership, and the reassurance that they don’t have to carry the weight alone. Because healthcare was never meant to be siloed. We’re better together. THANK YOU IF YOU’RE A DOCTOR AND YOU TRUSTED ME.
For the first time ever I want to thank myself—for my courage, my persistence, and my willingness to stand in the grey until it became clear. I’ve seen so much healing. And I deeply thank those who fought within the juridical system to make this recognition possible by law. ⚖️
Performance Alignment Therapy is more than a medical massage practice.
It’s a bridge.
It’s collaboration.
It’s the next generation of healthcare.
We seek no glory—only progress, healing, and meaningful change for all.
