Recently I attended the Bio-Hackers World Conference in Los Angeles, thanks to my homies over at Rapid Release Tech! Big ups to them!!

Our annual holiday party! Good cheer, bowling, video games, billiards, food, drinks and I got to drive home wondering if my blood alcohol content was….never mind. I was good!! 😂😂🤪

I’m beyond proud of this incredible athlete! 5 months ago she couldn’t even lift the bar overhead due to a tear in her shoulder. This past weekend she took BRONZE in a USA Weightlifting comp that qualified her to compete in Nationals and World Championship Competitions!! Hard and Smart work pays off!!
