Fontana Resources at Work Embrace Change, Empower, Connect PROGRAMS:
Student Services: for the participant still in school seeking to build their resume prior to graduation.

Community Integrated Training Program (CTP): Providing community based services that are specific to the individual needs of our participants. Examples of services provided include volunteering, life skills, community provided services access, and employment skills development. Supported Employment (Group and Individual Placements) long term support for employment in a community setting;
Employment Services - Job Ready for Competitive Integrated Employment
Work Assessment - determining ability, stamina, and desire to meet work conditions; and,
Direct Placement short term support in a community employment setting. Coming soon:
Discovery - an in depth evaluation of employment goals and objectives. Tailored Day Services - providing individualized services to participants who are seeking specific supports that do not want to have a traditional service model.

Today our participants volunteered at the Upland Animal Shelter, giving back to the community and helping care for the animals 🐶💛 After a great day of service, we ended the outing with some well-earned fun at the bowling alley 🎳👏

Our Story

PROGRAMS: Supported Employment (Group and Individual Placements) long term support for employment in a community setting; Work Assessment - determining ability, stamina, and desire to meet work conditions; and, Direct Placement short term support in a community employment setting, Community Integrated Training Program - growing in our greater community and learning to use its assets to gain confidence and personal skills to achieve greater independence to grow toward competitive employment; Student Services - learning about ourselves and establishing a career path while gaining work experience and building a resume.
