Dear patients,

Due to the severity of the current flu and COVID season, we have been experiencing a significant increase in patient volume and wait times. Therefore, we will stop registering patients 30 minutes before closing time.

Monday-Friday last patient check in is 630 pm.
Saturday-Sunday last patient check in is 430 pm.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to restoring our normal operating hours soon.

According to the CDC guidelines, face mask are still required inside a Healthcare Facility.

At Haven Elite Urgent Care, we care about your health and safety as we continue to evaluate patients with Covid, Flu and Cold symptoms.

If you do not have a mask upon arrival, we'll kindly provide you one during your visit.

Haven Elite Urgent Care will be open on Easter 2021, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Most major PPO's are accepted along with Medicare (Part B) and Tricare.

We also see those who don't wish to use insurance or have no insurance. :D

Whether your little one ate too much chocolate or someone's experienced a sudden injury, we are still here for you!

(X-ray's available from 10-4pm as well)
