A person is instructed to digest a pill to affect thier brain. This is evidence of the brain guy connection.

Not eating healthy is partially due to affordability but is mostly a lack of ability to think clearly. Or why else would a person eat something that is poisonous to thier body.

We have to make smarter choices. Ignorance is voluntary. Meaning some of us ignore the truth. In a conversation a person told me:

"I just do what feels good"

That would be ok except people are manipulated through their senses. Especially taste.

"Well that's too deep for me"

This is how to drown in ignorance and cognitive dissonance. The result being suffering at the tale end of a life cut short.

Love is mindful. Make conscious decisions.
