Noelle Grace

Noelle Grace Her post-graduate studies were in Education following an undergrad of Anthropology and Geography. Noelle also comes to client's homes for a small travel fee.

With Noelle, you will heal through yoga, meditation, talk therapy and connection with community, if you are open to all that love and support! ;-) Noelle has studied at Yoga Works and Golden Bridge Yoga. Beyond, and more significant than any of her classroom studies, however, is her worldly experience. She has lived abroad, studied abroad, taught abroad, volunteered abroad, and traveled to 44 countries. Noelle's passion for life, learning and love shines through her teaching and touches people in a heart felt way. She truly cares for your physical and spiritual growth and transformation. Noelle Grace believes that each individual is their own best teacher, needing perhaps a guide or guru to help them clear the way to a clear-sighted-and-lighted view of their own personal plan for progress. Noelle's teaching includes beginner and intermediate level hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, children's yoga, and prenatal yoga. Pranayama and mediation are included in most classes along with yoga asana. Classes are offered at Noelle's home studio, SHAKTI Wellness Sanctuary, or at a local park or beach.

I learn something from everyone I meet. I have countless teachers. I am infinitely and eternally grateful to each and every one of them even though, for some of the lessons, I may not feel that way at the time.
Life is all about change and growth and I embrace every opportunity for learning how to let go, to stay open and to love more fully.

On this full moon, I bow with deep respect and in great appreciation for my teachers. To each one of you, THANK YOU, with all my heart.

Shared a gloriously bright and wonderful day with my daughter today, which included another trip to the library (constantly going there again lately), finding some beautiful books about the solstice, and enjoying our precious time together in the warm sunshine. Aloha, Namaste and Blessed Be! ~

There are quite a few Summer Solstice articles on the Patheos Pagan Channel and all the ones I’ve read have been good.  I encourage you to read two or three or all of them and then ask yourself what they have in common, other than the date and perhaps a mention of the sun.  The answer is “not much.”
