It’s been VERY challenging for me to eat before I workout (5am). I used to never want to eat before soccer games or working out but now...

I enjoy it because I can totally feel the benefits of carbing up before my workout. My workout performance has improved and I’ve been able to workout longer at a higher intensity.

I used to skip breakfast....

Either I was too busy and not make time to eat or Id think I’d lose weight by saving calories for later meals in the day. BOYYY was I wrong to do this! I damaged my metabolism, felt drained, dull and overall had lack of energy to function and think during my important work meetings. If you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST! Below are the benefits to eating breakfast.
