I used to skip breakfast....
Either I was too busy and not make time to eat or Id think I’d lose weight by saving calories for later meals in the day. BOYYY was I wrong to do this! I damaged my metabolism, felt drained, dull and overall had lack of energy to function and think during my important work meetings. If you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!
