When it comes to nutrition it’s best to use common sense. Your body is a temple and you need the right building blocks to keep it from falling. ✅ Eat the right colorful food. Vegetables and fruits contain a hostful of nutrients. ✅ Avoid fried foods. Does it need to be explained? These foods have too much sugar, salt, and trans fats. Pass. ✅ Drink more water. People who don’t get enough water tend to lose focus and energy. ✅ Get a vitamin test. Many people are deficient in vitamins and don’t even realize it. B12 and D3 are essential vitamins that most people don't get and it can mess with your mind and body.
