REMOTE POSITION AVAILABLE: Project Coordinator
6 hours per week
$20 per hour
A part-time Project Coordinator responsible for:
-- Collecting, organizing, and distributing information about a project
-- Organize presentations, prepare reports, and gather information to develop marketing plans, strategies, or objectives
-- Responsible for daily project tasks and works to coordinate the actions of other team members, subcontractors, and vendors
-- Ensure they complete projects on time and within budget
-- Identifies and suggests solutions to overcome risks to project completion
-- Assist in ensuring the adequate performance of marketing projects, campaigns, product launches, and events
-- Create and schedule meetings, accept meeting invites, resolve calendar conflicts
-- Organize and maintain shared drives

Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
