Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Location: Liberty Station & Mission Beach
Attire: Cleats - Running shoes - sweat towel - gloves - athletic shorts & shirt
Goal: Improve 40 time - Improve reaction time & hand eye coordination - establish running phases to a 40 yard dash - improve short shuttle - improve 3 cone - improve route running & covering routes
Who is this for? All athletes who want to perform well at upcoming showcases for high s hook recruits.
