Our staff has decided NOT to act like professional ice skaters and avoid the roads for a delayed opening at 10am. We are opening late, closing early at 4pm before the frigid temps drops and Elsa covers the roads in ice. Thanks for understanding! We will reach out to you about your appointments soon. Stay safe!!

Winter weather update for Monday, February 2, 2026. This winter storm won’t stop us from seeing you!! Tell your momma, your daddy, your family & friends! We are open for telemed visits Monday at your demand!!

Our phone lines will be open, please be patient with our staff as we can only answer one call at a time. If you need medication refills, it’s best to either request them through your portal or to contact your pharmacy for faster refills during this wintery mix.

Due to the recent snow & ice, we want to make sure our staff & patients stay safe. Randleman Medical Center will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026.

‼️Mammogram Bus scheduled for Tuesday January 27 will also be canceled. Our office or The Breast Center will be in touch about rescheduling your appointment.

Stay safe out there and please don’t travel if you don’t have to!

Randleman Medical Center will be joining a group called PRIVIA. This is to better serve your healthcare needs. There will be NO change in the care that we provide to you, other than to hopefully do better!

The changes that you will see:
1. Privia name on your healthcare bills/EOB from insurances
2. Privia listed on your patient portal when you log in
3. Privia listed on our website when you visit us at www.randlemanmedcenter.com
4. If you need a DOCTORS OFFICE listed on your insurance card, you will need to provide them with a special number to find our clinic. You can NOT just say "Randleman Medical Center". That special number is 1861377038.

If your insurance card only requires a primary care name, you will still use the provider that you see at our office:
