A HUGE thank you to Embody Physical Therapy and Women’s Health Alex Cox! This class was held this past Tuesday 2/24 and it was great. Also thank you to everyone who came to join us.

This pelvic floor workshop was more than just a “class” it was a non judgmental and open space for us as a community to ask questions, share our experiences, laugh, and most importantly LEARN about our own bodies 💜 if you have not yet met Alex you’re missing out! We are in hopes to have her back in the future to share more of her amazing knowledge.

Destiny refused to make herself a birthday post, so obviously I had to step in and do it for her. Some of you know her real well, some of you have seen her around, some of you have never met her (I’m sorry for you). She is a LMT and the owner of Caya Wellness!
This is Caitlyn by the way, lol. It’s Destiny’s birthday, which honestly feels fitting because she basically is a walking, talking love holiday all on her own. She just naturally spreads love, kindness, and good energy everywhere she goes! Anyone lucky enough to get a massage from her or just get to know her already knows how special she is! We are all so grateful for you and everything you do. Your stories keep us laughing and are 100% something we all look forward to hearing. I’m pretty sure you could’ve been a comedian if you wanted to, but instead you chose to heal people and be the best massage therapist ever! And somehow on top of all that, you’re also an incredible mama, friend, and everything else you do, which is just unfair levels of amazing! I love you so much, and I know I speak for so many of us when I say we appreciate you more than you probably realize. I hope your birthday is filled with all the love you constantly give out to everyone else (and maybe a nap, a snack, and people letting you relax for once) You deserve the absolute best day 💕
