👋Hello from your friends at Menig!

It’s been a busy few months filled with fun, laughter, and wonderful memories. We’re excited to share some highlights from our favorite recent events:

💖 Judi Byron filled the room with beautiful harp music during our Valentine’s Day social, creating a truly magical atmosphere.

🍀 March brought plenty of cheer as we celebrated with shamrock shakes, Irish blessings, creativity, a bit of luck, and—of course—great company!

🎉 To top it off, Barb and Dan from No Strings Marionettes brought big smiles and lots of laughter as we celebrated our March birthdays together.

We hope you enjoy these special moments as much as we did! 💕

📢Attention future healthcare heroes!

Ready to start loving what you do? Gifford is excited to sponsor a limited number of spots in a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Training Program taught by Stafford Technical Center starting in March 2026! Get paid while you train and earn up to $8,000 in sign-on & retention bonuses!

Program Details:
Dates: March 10 – May 14, 2026
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Randolph, VT & Rutland, VT

During this program, you will:
- Receive paid classroom time while learning from experienced professionals.
- Gain hands-on experience at the Menig Nursing Home as a Geriatric Aid, working additional hours alongside your training.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will join our team as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

We welcomed the New Year with smiles, laughter, and plenty of celebration! From festive decorations to great company, our New Year’s party was a wonderful way to start the year together. What an amazing Holiday Season it's been! We’ve been keeping busy celebrating with our wonderful residents and their families.

We had a fantastic holiday party filled with joy, laughter, and great music. Big thanks to the talented Jim Thompson for rocking the piano and spreading the festive vibes! And of course, Santa made a special appearance to deliver thoughtful gifts, adding some extra magic to the season! 🎅🎁

💖🎃Check out our painted pumpkins! A huge thank-you to Nurse Tina Robinson for leading our residents in a fun and creative pumpkin painting activity! This year, we went with pink pumpkins to help raise awareness for breast cancer, a colorful reminder of hope, strength, and support for those affected. 💗🎗️
