Our new Mental Health IOP provides structured, outpatient care for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy, without stepping away from daily life.

This program includes:
• 3–5 group therapy sessions per week
• Individual therapy
• DBT-informed, skills-based treatment
• Support for anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

Designed for individuals seeking focused mental health support, including those transitioning from residential treatment or needing a higher level of outpatient care.
