Weโre Tina & Dre โ sisters, business partners, and two of six siblings ๐
Growing up in a big family taught us everything about showing up โ for the small everyday moments and the big life milestones. That foundation shaped who we are and ultimately inspired us to create this space together.
We started The Good Life with one clear intention: to build a healthy, welcoming environment where our community feels supported, empowered, and truly at home.
Dre has a unique educational background that truly bridges the mind and body. She holds degrees in both nursing and social work, giving her a deep understanding of physical health and emotional well-being. She is also yoga and foam rolling certified, allowing her to blend science, movement, and mindfulness into every class she leads.
Tina holds a masterโs degree, has worked in both healthcare and higher education, and teaches Pilates with precision, purpose, and heart. Tina is trained through Balanced Body and brings a strong classical foundation to her Pilates teaching- while also incorporating contemporary Pilates into her classes.
Weโre both lifelong learners, dedicated instructors, and proud ๐ฑ vegans who believe wellness is more than a workout โ itโs a lifestyle.
The sense of family we grew up with is the same energy we pour into this studio. When you walk through our doors, youโre not just coming to class โ youโre becoming part of our community.
