Back Home Safely

Back Home Safely is a New Jersey-based accessibility and home safety modification company! Our showroom, located in Randolph NJ, is open Monday-Friday.

Karen and Gregg Frank started Back Home Safely in 2007 with the goal of removing obstacles for individuals who are experiencing difficulties in maneuvering and/or attaining their daily needs. Back Home Safely's process is just as important as the completed project. We provide FREE in-home or virtual evaluations performed by a rehabilitation therapist or accessibility specialist. Using their specia

lized background, they take the client's diagnosis into consideration when making recommendations for the home. Our staff of skilled carpenters/technicians complete the desired projects. We have lift chairs (recliners), a ceiling lift, bathroom safety equipment, a hospital bed, an example of a walk-in shower, and more on display. We also have many brands of stair lifts to try prior to purchasing or renting. Here are some of the products and services we can install in your home:

While it is imperative to assist people in the ability to stay in the homes they love despite all obstacles, it is also important to complete this mission quickly as many clients are being discharged from the hospital or sub-acute. At Back Home Safely, we can do both.

This past Friday was a beautiful day spent connecting with an even more beautiful community.

The Senior Wellness & Resource Fair held at the Bridgewater Township Senior Citizen Center brought together incredible local providers - from home modifications to home care to stunning assisted living communities and more - all in one place.

It was so great to see so many residents come out, ask questions, and explore the resources available to support them. Truly a wonderful group of people!

We loved welcoming doctoral Occupational Therapy students from Kean University to Back Home Safely yesterday for a field trip! 🎓

It was a great opportunity to share how home modifications like ramps, grab bars, and stairlifts help individuals maintain safety and independence at home. We’re always excited to connect with the next generation of OTs and show how important their role is in helping people age in place.
