Small Business Saturday Gratitude Project!

Owner and Coach Kelly has been dealing with leg pain for the past few months.

The team at OTB Physical Therapy has dedicated themselves to a thorough process of trial and error to uncover the underlying cause of her discomfort.

Dr. Stephan has been hard at work utilizing techniques like grafting, cupping, and muscle manipulation to help rejuvenate Kelly's muscle tissue, boost blood circulation, and enhance strength.

Sometimes Kelly finds herself feeling a little frustrated, she is reminded to "trust the process and stay consistent." Does that sound familiar?!! 😉

Trainer Tom has guided her through numerous challenging exercises, motivating her to push herself, and they both eagerly anticipate the day when she can enjoy a pain-free run again!

A heartfelt thank you to the fantastic team at Out Of The Box Physical Therapy! The positive atmosphere and camaraderie among the staff truly create a warm and welcoming environment!
