Danielle has been practicing yoga and studying holistic health and energy healing for 8 years. She started practicing and studying for the spiritual journey seeking to "release the heaviness" in her life. She quickly realized the world of "yoga, health, and spiritual practice had called her home" and brought her to see the brighter side of living in health and love. Since graduating from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, completing the 200-hour RYT Training Program at Stil Studio, studying and getting trained in Reiki Energy Healing and as a lifelong student of ACIM, Danielle aspires to share the brighter side of living in love and health, with her students. Through her yoga teaching, coaching and energy work, she guides her students to put themselves first so they can break free from the chains holding them back in life. With her guidance, Danielle holds a loving space, honoring their journey as they blossom into creating a life of more peace, health, happiness and love. Danielle inspires her clients to spread the love they receive from her, with themselves first and when they go out into the world. Her passion for yoga, optimal health and radical happiness includes movement in our bodies, focus on chakra balancing, nourishment from food and spiritual modalities, along with the mental liberation that comes as a result of their practice. When Danielle isn't practicing yoga or holding loving space for her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband of 8 years, her boxer Sophie, cooking, connecting with nature and getting lost in a good book.

As we step into this new year, may it be one of health, abundance, nourishing connections + profound self-realization.

Transformation is not about becoming something new, but about uncovering what has always been within us … the truth of who we really are, our innate potential beneath the layers of conditioning + societal expectations. Each of us carries the light of renewal, the capacity to create, heal, grow + embody our true essence … not just for ourselves, but for the world around us.

May we continue to explore the deeper dimensions of our being, moving beyond the mind, beyond our roles + identities. Let curiosity guide us back to ancient wisdom + healing practices that lead to new, empowering inner experiences. Practices that stabilize a presence of calm + an unshakeable peace that walks with us through everything. May these practices continue to elevate our consciousness, reconnect us back to each other, the Earth, to the deeper truth of our existence + align us with the intelligence that creates worlds.

At the feet of wisdom, a deep bow to my beloved teacher 🙏🏼

This past month in the foot hills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh has been profoundly transformative. I immersed myself in the heart of yoga within the Integrated Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Tradition … Vedic + Ta***ic Kriya, Transcendental Wisdom, Sattva Yoga, Naad, Himalayan Kundalini, Laya, Hatha Vinyasa + Sattva Meditation. Connecting hearts with some of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. Forever grateful 🙏🏼

This 300 hour training wasn’t about ‘learning’ more or another certificate … it was a descent into inner-standing, allowing the teachings + practices to come fully online, integrating into body, breath + awareness at a deeper level. Everything I’ve studied + lived over the past 15 years came together with greater coherence + depth.

In the West, yoga is often diluted or separated from its wholeness, but at the whole of yoga remained intact, integrated + alive.

Experiencing these values, so aligned with the work I do in the world, confirmed why I was guided here to deepen my connection to source.

Going beyond concepts + living into a holistic approach opens a path to liberation. True change happens when we move from the surface of teachings into the depths of this living wisdom we are so blessed to have.

There’s another way to experience ourselves and this one precious life. So grateful for these teachings + ancient technologies 🙏🏼

My experience in India has added another depth to the work already unfolding + I look forward to sharing what continues to emerge.

Back home, integration feels quiet. Slow. Honest. When the body has received something true, when the soul comes online in this way, there is nothing to rush … only listening.

I carry these teachings with reverence, gratitude, + love, holding the guidance of my teacher close with every step on the path. I look forward to expanding this work, continuing to guide others deeper into self-mastery, into the Art + Science of Transformation + co-creating something truly sacred together in 2026.

May love awaken within each + every human heart 🙏🏼
May these recent tragedies + the rememberance of how we came together on 9/11/01 remind us of how deeply we need that love.

When we take sides, point fingers or mock, we reveal our level of consciousness + disconnection, unconsciously feeding the very darkness + division we wish to end. When we fall into duality we lose sight of the deeper truth.

Our shared humanity connects us beyond labels, identities + beliefs. My heart aches witnessing this disconnection from love + how easily discernment + sovereignty slip away in moments like these ... which is what the system intends.

Liberation + healing in this world are an inside job … being able to hold both sides of the coin of this human experience, without ever losing compassion.

May we all return to our heart, keep it open and neutralize where needed 🙏🏼 It’s the only way

Recognizing all those who embody + support the awakening of individual + planetary consciousness to its true nature as Unconditional Love. To shift collective reality constructs which are presently based in fear + duality, obstructing true vision in unity consciousness, by honoring that planetary change happens person to person, heart to heart.

Knowledge + spiritual teachings don’t mean anything unless they’re lived into our mundane, day to day lives, which is always our true, #1 spiritual assignment + actual classroom.

Awaken Your Soul Retreats are intentionally curated for you to actually have a new inner experience of who you are beyond your roles + identities, to have a new inner experience of the teachings, wisdom, miracles + love that are always available to us in every moment.

To have an actual experience of the space in between the duality of this human experience, the space in between the inhale + the exhale, an actual experience within the crack between worlds.

What it feels like in your nervous system + heart to heal the sister wound + connect so deeply + authentically with women who become soul family.
