GROW Associates, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We endeavor to design services that capture the needs of the individual by offering employment training, finding jobs of choice in the community and offering a way to give back to the community through volunteering and participating in community activities. Accessing the community and learning about opportunities hold an important part in the design and delivery of our services. Through participation, individuals build skills and gain knowledge which enables them to make informed decisions about the paths they wish to follow. We work in cooperation with families, guardians, friends, staff, Department of Development Services, and the Division of Medical Assistance to create an atmosphere of respect which supports the individuals in attaining their hopes and aspirations.

🎉 The GROW Bistro Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was a Huge Success! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting milestone.

We’re especially grateful to our distinguished guests, including: Tim Cahill, President & CEO of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Shawn George, Treasury Management Officer at South Shore Bank, Paula Glynn, Deputy Director of Community Engagement at the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office, along with our GROW Leadership team, participants, and families who made this evening truly special.

This event marks another important step for GROW Associates as we continue expanding programs and services that empower our community.

We’re thrilled to share that Team Grow Associates, Inc. raised over $7,500 for the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism 🙌

Together with 47 incredible charity partners, more than 2,000 participants came together at Memorial Field in Natick, MA for a day filled with inspiration, community, and inclusion, raising an amazing $347,000+ to help people and families with autism live life to the fullest.

Staff often feel unprepared to address questions, behaviors, or situations related to sexuality when working with people with developmental disabilities. This training is designed to change that.

Adapted from the Elevatus curriculum, this interactive, 7-part training provides the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to:
✅ Support individuals in becoming sexual self-advocates
✅ Create safe, open environments for discussion
✅ Strengthen communication with families and guardians
✅ Reduce barriers to addressing sexuality in a respectful, informed way

By the end of the series, participants will be equipped to respond effectively, mentor colleagues, and promote the sexual health and well-being of the individuals they serve.
