Today we share bittersweet news with our Grow Associates, Inc. community.

After 20 years of dedicated service, Marge Cycan will be moving on from Grow Associates, Inc.

For two decades, Marge has been a steady presence, a compassionate colleague, and a true champion for the individuals we support. Her commitment, professionalism, and heart have helped shape the culture of care and community that defines GROW today.

Marge’s impact reaches far beyond her role as Director of Finance. as she has touched the lives of individuals, families, and staff in ways that will not be forgotten. Her dedication to our mission and to the growth and well-being of those we serve has made a lasting difference.

While we will miss her tremendously, we are excited for her as she begins this new chapter.

Please join us in thanking Marge for her 20 years of service and wishing her continued success and happiness in her new role.

✅ GROW is Open Tomorrow!

Grow Associates, Inc. will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, 2/25.

Our crews worked incredibly hard to prepare the building and the main roads, and surrounding streets are clear and safe.

We understand that some side roads may still be messy in certain areas, and we completely respect that some families may decide not to attend program. Please make the choice that feels safest and most comfortable for you.

We’re looking forward to seeing many of you and getting back into our routine together!

If you use GROW transportation, please ensure that walkways and driveways are fully cleared so our vans can safely access your home.

🚨 Weather Closure Update 🚨

Due to the severity of the current storm, Grow Associates, Inc. will again be closed tomorrow.

We were proud to host The Charlesbridge Group at Grow Associates, Inc. for their annual program, welcoming more than 150 guests to our facility!

The event brought together staff and leadership from Dedham Savings Bank and South Shore Bank for a morning of connection and conversation. The Bistro located at Grow Associates, Inc. was excited to support the day by providing a continental breakfast for all attendees.

We love opening our doors to organizations looking for a welcoming space and yes, our Bistro is always happy to cater breakfast, lunch, or dinner! 💙
