Congrats to Physical Therapy Assistant Megan Babcock for being named our "Employee of the Month" for February. She has been on our team for almost one year.

Megan said that her biggest career accomplishment is "assisting people getting back to their lives and back on their feet, so to speak." While at Randolph, she enjoys helping our residents become more independent and working with her teammates.

She became interested in a healthcare career after having knee surgery in high school. She was so impressed by the care she received from her therapists that she knew she wanted to be able to do that for others.

When Megan is not working, you will find her traveling, attending concerts, sketching, and snowboarding.
