I’m here in the studio until 1pm and then again 2-3 today( Sunday) to allow folks to pick up gift certificates. Stop in and also check out the locally made massage oil, headache rollers, CBD muscle rub and magic frankincense foot oil. They make great stocking stuffers!

It’s Wednesday and I’m filling in for Leanne this evening at 5:30! I’ll be following her nourishing format of flow and restore. We will move in a fluid, breath filled format, followed by a set of deeply restorative postures, utilizing props. I’ll be coming around to offer gentle massage and energy work while you rest and restore.
