Good morning everyone! In case you haven't noticed, I don't really use this page much. I haven't been advertising my business because regular life has gotten in the way. My mom's dementia has progressed quite a bit and my dad is starting to understand that he can't do all the things he was doing. Having elderly parents AND a young child puts me in the sandwich generation, and it's not easy. I'm so thankful that I have a husband who has a decent job so that I can stay at home and care for my parents and do all the things at home and manage Marlee's ever growing schedule. I do still do Reiki and Sound Healing, and I love it just as much as when I first started. I just really can't provide a set schedule. If you want to come in for a session, please message or call me! I'm happy to find a date and time that works for you.

Hello all! Once again...life is fluid so I must be also! Appointments in my home will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY, between 12:00 and 6:00pm. This will be starting May 1st through the summer. Winter hours will change because family schedules will be changing.

Also, I do not have online booking or a website anymore and unfortunately I will not be in the Port Washington space after this month. Like I said, life is fluid, so I must be also. All part of caring for elderly parents and having young children and a husband with a rotating schedule. It's all good though!! Hope to see you soon!

Remember..this is Emotional, not physical. Meaning, if you have actual physical ailments in certain areas due to birth, genetic or life related injuries, that will be different than this.
This is based purely off of emotions and what your mind is telling you. If you think negative thoughts, things will always be negative. Even subconscious thoughts will almost always go to the negative. You have to consciously force your brain, like training it, to think positively, to see real change. It is hard. Sometimes VERY hard! I get that and have gone through, and still go through myself. But even just trying to change is worth the effort.

Wondering about things I have done? I have done group sound sessions at different venues, which is always amazing! Navigate Wellness, Eclectic Ave, Meraki Spa. Any larger group is just $25 a person for 45 minutes of sound immersion for stress and anxiety relief. I also do Chakra balancing with Tuning Forks. This picture shown was at an outside event. If you know of a place that a larger group would love to experience a sound session in, please let me know!

FYI.....Just want to let you know that if you can't make the days and times I have open at the Port Washington space, I still do evening slots in my home like before.
