, is late life diagnosed with AuDHD and certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (Himalayan Institute), Thai Yoga Therapist (Thai Institute of Healing Arts), Reiki Master, and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered with over 300 hours of Yoga teaching experience. Additionally, she has completed Level 1 Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Yoga Teacher Training by the Veterans Yoga Project. To recharge, Christie spends quality time in nature gardening, camping, and playing. Tate, her 16 year old Maine Coon is her most faithful companion and spirit soother.

This year's 2026 Ranson Health and Wellness Fair came two months earlier than expected, but I wasn't going to miss the opportunity to CONNECT for wellness. It was another all-nighter packed with plentiful meltdowns, but in the end, 17 sales and LOTS of samples. It's been really helpful to learn what types of health concerns the community is facing so that in the future, Depression Connection may build better wellness tools to support those needs.

After a much-needed sabbatical and integration of Depression Connection's (DepCon's) authentic path forward, I'm humbled to be of service again, spiritually guiding those to JOYFUL living, connected to self, others and the elements.

While it may have appeared DepCon was dormant all of this time, trust me, there has been LOADs going on behind the scenes!! Case in point, in May 2025, Dep Con attended their first Health and Wellness Event. With only three weeks, including an all-nighter the night before to prepare, it was a privilege to introduce seasonal eating and natural wellness to my community. It gave me tremendous opportunity as well to learn what to do better.
