Hump Day Tin Man class ( 12 pm) is CPR for the joints. . . Wrist Circles, aka Sinew Stretching, taking the wrist through flexion, extension, abduction, & adduction of the wrist is nice, fluid motions combined w/t the breath to provide a full body response. . . Exhale the 1st Circle, Inhale the 2 nd Circle, repeat. . . You deserve to be pain free, here are some simple tools to help you get there. . .
