📣 We’re Hiring! Join Our Team in Sturgis
Front Desk Manager / Patient Care Coordinator

📍 Sturgis, SD

The Physical Therapy Center is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Manager / Patient Care Coordinator to help run our new clinic in Sturgis!

This is a weekday position with flexible hours (no weekends) and a typical shift of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet patients and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Schedule and coordinate daily appointments
• Communicate with therapists and owners to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and basic billing tasks
• Assist with light laundry and cleaning as needed
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and growth initiatives
• Manage stock and supply ordering
We’re looking for a dependable, organized team player who can wear many hats and help us grow this new clinic.

📅 Start Date: April 1 in Sturgis

📍 Training: Available in Rapid City at the end of March if needed
