Terrific Team Member Thursday!!!
Everyone meet Janella Solano!!!! She has been with The Victorian for 12 years as a med aide and she is a wonderful part of our team!!! We love having her as our team lead, she has a great relationship with all of our residents and is able to understand their needs as they arise. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children, significant other and hiking! We are so thankful to have her as a part of our team!

Terrific Team Member Thursday!
Meet Bruce, he is one of our evening shift Med Aides. He has been with The Victorian for over a year, he started out as a PCA and wanted something more, so he worked hard and received his Med Aide. Bruce enjoys making people laugh. He always has a positive and calm attitude with a smile. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his young children and watching movies.
We are so glad to have Bruce as a part of our team!
