Dear Clients,
Thank you for being a loyal valued client at Tranquil Haven Massage. I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to my massage therapy rates, which will take effect on January 1, 2026.
This price adjustment is necessary to allow me to continue providing the highest quality of care and to reflect the rising costs of running a practice. This includes my commitment to ongoing professional development, as well as continuing to invest in the best services and materials for you.
Effective January 1, 2026, the new rate for a 30 Minute session will $70.00, 60 Minute customized/prenatal sessions will be $100.00, 90 Minute Sessions will be $135.00. There will also be a $10.00 Increase to all IR Light sessions.
I understand that changes like this require adjustment, and I want to assure you that my goal remains to support your well-being with the exceptional service you have come to expect. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.

UPDATE ON MY OPENINGS!
I have some openings this month for 30/45/60/90 minute sessions. Available for lymphatic, deep tissue, Swedish, headache/migraine relief, hot bamboo (add-ons cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, cold stone)
These are the openings I have left. For the month. I am now scheduling into November. If a time is taken that you'd like to get in I can put you on a wait list If someone cancels I can call you.

What is Red Light Therapy, also known as Photobiomodulation or PBM?

Red light Therapy is a low-wavelength red light that is used to stimulate cells and promote healing.
It works by penetrating the skin and stimulating the mitochondria, the energy-producing organelles within the cells.
The increased energy production leads to: Improved cell function, increased collagen production, reduced inflammation, enhanced wound healing. There are some great benefits and PBM is used for a variety of conditions such as: acne, eczema, Psoriasis, wound healing, pain management (muscle pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis).

What is Infrared Light therapy?
It is a non-visible light therapy that uses wavelengths to pe*****te the skin and interact with the tissues. It stimulates cellular activity by increasing mitochondrial function and releasing nitric oxide. This leads to improved blood circulation, reduced inflammation and enhanced tissue repair.
Therapeutic uses have been shown to be effective in treating a variety of conditions, including:
Pain relief
wound healing
skin conditions
cardiovascular disease
diabetes
neurological disorders like strokes
