To Our Valued Customers:

To keep our employees and customers healthy and safe during the COVID-19 crisis, Performance Respiratory, Inc. will be modifying business procedures until further notice. Our new hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and closed on Saturday. We are also closing our store to walk in patrons and have put into place the following procedures:

CPAP Supplies:
You may opt to have your supplies mailed via USPS. If you would like to pick supplies up at our store, you will need to call upon arrival and we will bring them to your vehicle. The employee assisting you with your order will sign on your behalf: “Per COVID-19 Protocol”.

CPAP Set Ups:
All CPAP set ups are postponed until April 13, 2020. The date is subject to fluctuation. CPAP customers will be given a verbal COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to scheduling. In certain circumstances, set ups may be performed via Facetime or other electronic means.

Retail Sales:
We are happy to provide a contactless shopping experience. All orders can be placed and paid for over the phone and brought to your vehicle upon arrival to our store. Shipping may be available for certain items. If you are currently renting an item from us, please call with return instructions.

Deliveries:
Deliveries performed by Performance Respiratory, Inc. employees will now be contactless. A representative will call to determine if someone is home and attempt one delivery to your home. The items will be left on your front porch and signed on your behalf: “per COVID-19 protocol”. The delivery personnel will sanitize their hands between every delivery.
