🎄 Supporting Local Healthcare at the 34th Annual Festival of Trees 🎄

The Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center of Wyoming – Gillette clinic was proud to take part in this year’s Festival of Trees, a cherished community fundraiser hosted by Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation. This event helps support vital healthcare programs across Gillette and the surrounding region, including mental health services through Hope Source, cancer patient support, free flu vaccines for local students, and scholarships for future medical professionals.

Our team contributed a 5-foot wreath titled “Spirit of the American West,” and we’re excited to share that it was awarded:

✨ 2nd Place — People’s Choice
✨ 3rd Place — Judge’s Choice

The wreath was auctioned on November 22 and sold for $5,000, directly benefiting programs that make a meaningful impact on local healthcare.

Joint replacement surgery—is it right for you?

According to our joint replacement experts, you may be ready for a joint replacement if you’re experiencing the following:

• You have joint pain that keeps you awake at night
• The pain in your joint prevents you from participating in your favorite recreational activities
• You have stiffness in your joint that limits your ability to move or lift your leg
• You have attempted conservative methods (i.e., exercise and/or drug therapy) without success
